I interned as an A&R assistant at Roc Nation.

In this role, I listened to unreleased music and evaluated which tracks had potential to move forward in the production process. I also met regularly with a mentor to discuss my opinions and develop my understanding of the industry.

This experience helped me learn how to think critically about music and gave me insight into how creative decisions are made.
