Volleyball

I have been playing competitive volleyball since my freshman year, and I am currently a Varsity starting outside hitter. I played at Campbell Hall during 9th and 10th grade and now play at the American School of Paris.

Volleyball has been such an important part of my life because it pushes me both physically and mentally. I love the fast pace of the game and the teamwork it requires. It’s one of the places where I feel most focused and energized.

During the school year, I train about 12 hours per week, and at ASP I have become one of the top players on the Varsity team. I’ve received consistent recognition from my coaches for my dedication and performance, especially during our daily three-hour practices.

One of the most exciting parts of playing in Paris has been traveling across Europe to compete. Playing internationally has challenged me to adapt quickly and perform at a high level in new environments.

Club Volleyball

In addition to school volleyball, I played club for Los Angeles Volleyball Academy (LAVA) during 9th and 10th grade. I traveled across the U.S. for tournaments, which gave me valuable experience competing at a higher level.
